I teach quantitative methods and organizational behavior at the TUM School of Management and supervise bachelor’s and master’s theses on motivation, negotiation, and personnel selection.

Courses

Introduction to Statistics Using R

Lecture, master’s programme — since 2020

An applied introduction to statistical analysis in R for students without a programming background: data handling, estimation and inference, regression, and the reporting conventions of empirical management research.

Organizational Behavior

Co-teaching, bachelor’s programme — since 2019

Core theory and evidence on motivation, leadership, teams, and decision making in organizations.

Thesis supervision

Since 2019 I have supervised more than 30 master’s theses and 5 bachelor’s theses.

Topics I am glad to supervise include implicit and explicit motives, negotiation behavior, personnel decisions and selection, perceived listening at work, and social networks in organizations, as well as methodological projects in R.
